Consulting services for writing, submitting, and implementing projects

  • Analysis of applicant, project, and expenditure eligibility; identification of risks and mitigation measures.
  • Define project concept: objectives, results, indicators, activities, schedule.
  • Budgeting: budget structure, expense categories, justifications, estimates/forecasts, cash flow.
  • Preparation/updating of supporting documents: business plan, feasibility study/cost-benefit analysis (if applicable), sustainability plan, procurement plan, communication plan, risk matrix.
  • Collection and verification of administrative documents (together with the Beneficiary): statements, financial statements, CVs, diplomas, certificates, etc.

ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION PREPARATION

  • Complete drafting of the funding application and technical/financial annexes, in accordance with the applicant's guide.
  • Upload/submit to the funder's platform (MySMIS/other platforms), with completeness check.
  • Responses to clarifications during the evaluation stage (technical and financial) and document updates.

  • Support during the contracting stage: additions, compliance documents, budget/schedule updates.
  • Implementation management: planning, tracking activities and indicators, monitoring progress.
  • Assistance with reimbursement/payment requests: document centralization, eligibility verification, activity descriptions, justifications, file preparation.
  • Technical and financial reporting: progress reports, final reports, annexes, evidence.
  • Audit/control/monitoring support: file preparation, responses, non-compliance remediation.
