Obiective
Development in laboratory conditions of an experimental model – the photovoltaic cell, based on the realization of innovative thin layers interconnected with improved photoconversion parameters and with convenient values of electric current. The photovoltaic cell is based on the preparation of organic solutions consisting of – barium stearate (BS) with carbon nanotubes (CNT), different phthalocyanines and different methods of deposition of thin layers. The project addresses an innovative solution that can improve the photovoltaic cell systems used and that can prove superior both in terms of production costs (in the case of series production) and the performance obtained. The way to capitalize on the results at the end of the project is represented by the possibility of the beneficiary to industrialize the resulting innovative photovoltaic cell, as a product dedicated to the photovoltaic panel industry, this being one of the strongest industries in the world. a very high one.
Rezultate
Taking into account the electrical properties of phthalocyanines (organic compounds) in the field of photovoltaic cells, they were used as component parts of a conventional mixture in order to form a photovoltaic cell with improved parameters.
The photovoltaic cell was obtained using the Langmuir-Blodgett technique and the organic solutions were deposited (by dripping) on the surface of the Langmuir-Blodgett KSV 5003 device.
The obtained photovoltaic cell was based on the preparation of organic solutions consisting of – barium stearate (BS) with carbon nanotubes (CNT) and various phthalocyanines (ZnPc, MgPc or CuPc), using benzene as solvent.
